Super 7 Blackjack
This is basically a typical 6-deck American variant of blackjack with a few minor rule modifications. The key addition to the game play in Betsoft-powered Super 7 Blackjack is a side bet, which is fixed at $1. The main rules for Player and Dealer are:
- Bet: $1–$100 per hand (bitcoin betting is present in some online casinos)
- One-time split is allowed
- Double after split is allowed
- Dealer peeks on 10 or Ace
- Split of same-valued cards is permitted (e.g. K+Q)
- Resplit of Aces is not possible
- Dealer stands on hard/soft 17s.
These basic rules result in a relatively low house edge of 0.46%.
Some players from South Africa like this game because of a chance to win up to $5000 in real money on a side bet that is absolutely optional and can be added to an initial hand before card dealing. Rewards and winning combinations on the side bet are:
- The 1st card is 7: 3 to 1
- The 1st two cards are any 7s: 50 to 1
- The 1st two cards are identical 7s: 100 to 1
- The 1st three cards are any 7s: 500 to 1 and
- The 1st three cards are identical 7s: 5000 to 1.
